Refund policy

We are confident that you will love your Oink Gallery artwork. However, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, here is our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY  

If you are unhappy with your artwork(s), you will be responsible for returning the artwork using a tracked service and contacting us at info@oinkgallery.co.uk before arranging the return. You may return your artwork within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. 

REFUNDS POLICY

Once your order has been safely returned, we will contact you to provide a refund or an exchange.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the artwork is faulty or damaged.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ARTWORKS

In the unfortunate event that your order may arrive damaged or faulty, please contact the gallery as soon as possible at info@oinkgallery.co.uk. 

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the damage within 14 days of the delivery date. After this time we may not be able to accept liability for damage.

Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange either a full refund or replacement. 

RETURN CONDITIONS 

To qualify for a refund, artworks must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Please do not arrange a return until we have been in contact with you. 

To receive a full refund, artwork(s) must be returned in perfect condition (unless damaged or faulty).

Should artwork(s) be lost or damaged in transit on return, Oink Gallery is unable to issue a refund. For this reason we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website is accurate. However, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the description or price of a product, we will notify you and ask if you wish to continue or cancel your order.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
